There is one sampling point in each area:- the City of Tomakomai, Hayakita Town, Atsuma
Town and Mukawa Town.
We examine conservation area and the like based on Environmental Impact Statement about
Tomakomai Tohbu Area.(Fixed point observation, Examination of condition about construction,
Examination of black woodpecker and white-fronted goose)
We examine acid rain and snow in the City of Noboribetu and Shiraoi Town(Lake Kuttara)
as entrusting task of the Environment Agency of the Japan Government.
We examine water pollution of agricultural chemicals at 33 golf parks in our jurisdiction
based on the work plan of Hokkaido Government for the current year.
We technically guide factories and offices to be cocerned in the Agreement about building
new or more pollutant-facilities or changing them.
And we consult together the the central Hokkaido government office, the Cities and Town
in our jurisdiction and the like about the matter.
We examine the causes of pollution and do technical supports for adjusting a quarrel about pollution.
