Hayakita Town, Mukawa Town and Shiraoi Town based on Article 22 of the Air Pollution Control Law.

@We make sure of conditions about factory emission with ITV (video camera for environmental monitor).
We show the realtime emission-diffusion diagram by emission-diffusion estimation method in the screen of the Center.
